Coaching Disclosure & Refund Policy

Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once an order has been submitted. Due to the nature of intellectual property, individualized programming, and 24/7 support provided, no refunds will be issued during or after the coaching period.

Program Access & Client Responsibility

Coaching programs will not remain hosted online after the coaching term has ended. It is the client’s responsibility to download and save any materials they wish to keep.

Check-ins and communication are the responsibility of the client.

Delivery Timeline
Customized programs will be delivered within two (2) business days after the completed client questionnaire has been received.

Confidentiality
All program content is confidential and intended solely for the individual client. Distribution, copying, or sharing of any program materials is strictly prohibited.
